General terms and conditions

1. The online picture gallery – http://poproad.co.uk deals in online sales of such products as paintings, posters and art prints.

3. Each product has its specified order fulfillment time. It`s the time span between the moment you place an order and the moment the product is sent, though only weekdays are counted here. If products of a different order fulfillment time are to be delivered, a parcel is sent only after completing all the requested items and thus the time of delivery will be the longest of all of the items.

4.Date of delivery = order completing time + delievery (posting) time.


5. The following methods of payment are suggested:

  • Credit card : payment is made the moment a customer receives an invoice. In some cases like a special order with a long fulfillment time , a charge is taken after 24 days since the day an order was made.

7. If an order is made by a person who runs a business, an invoice will be sent only after obtaining a written authorization letter allowing writing the invoice out without the order-maker`s signature.

8. Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2002, the customers can return the items they ordered without giving a reason within 10 days of the product delivery. The right applies, though, only if the product has not been used, copied or damaged in any way. We will refund the money paid (not including postage charges) by means of a money transfer or postal order made out to the purchaser.

9.The producer’s guarantee applies to all items as displayed on sale by Videposters.co.uk. Should goods prove to be defective in any way (either technically flawed or damaged while being transported), Videposters.co.uk will either replace the goods without charge or, if the customer is not be satisfied with the replacement offered, refund the price of the goods and delivery. The goods should be sent back to Videposters.co.uk via mail exclusively (cash on delivery will not be accepted). Please also enclose a note stating the nature of the defect.
